REGISTRATION FEES
1.800€ from the 1 until the 25.
1.990€ from the 26 until the 125.
2.250€ from the 126 until the 150.
The registration will be completed once you have made the first payment.

the fees include
- Registration for the race
- Bicycle transport by air from Barcelona (Two ways). For the Americans registered non-resident in Europe and therefore who will not make use of this service, we will apply a 40€ rebate.
- Full board accommodation (8 nights) except for December 11th on half board.

- Medical and nursery service
- Timing
- Liquid refreshment station on the race course
- Luggage transport between camps
- Finisher maillot*
- 10 bottles of water of 1,5 liters outside the race (from December 6th to the 12th)
* The finisher maillot will be handed out to the registered participants who appear in the general classification at the end of the race.
The fees do not include
- Airfares
- Hotel extras
- Drink extras
- Mechanical assistance and physical recovery
- Timing chip deposit, if necessary

Payment conditions
To register participants must sent at the moment of registration:
- The registration form through the website or a copy of it via e-mail to [email protected]
- Wire transfer receipt of the registration or the fraction of the first payment. You can also pay by virtual POS within the user account of the website.
Non-compliance with any of these conditions will involve NOT being REGISTERED in the race.
- Depending on the date of registration, the participant may pay by installment.

Special rate “25 first”: 1.800 €.
Payment deadlines:
- 800€ at the time of registration to BOOK YOUR PLACE.
- 500 € before September 30th 2015.
- 500€ remaining of the registration before October 31st 2015, as the last installment of the registration

- Extras booked after the registration, at the moment of the booking as reservation.
First rate: 1.990 € (From place 26 until 125)
Payment deadlines:
- 800€ at the time of registration to BOOK YOUR PLACE.
- 595 € before September 30th 2015*.
- 595 € remaining of the registration before october 31st 2015, as the last installment of the registration.
- Extras booked after the registration, at the moment of the booking as reservation.

*If the registration is done after September 30th, you must pay the first two installments to BOOK YOUR PLACE.

Second rate: 2.250 € (From place 126 until 150).
Payment deadlines*:
- 800 € at the time of registration to BOOK YOUR PLACE.
- 725€ before September 30th 2015*.
- 725€ remaining of the registration before October 31th 2015, as the last installment of the registration.
*If the registration is done after September 30th, you must pay the first two installments to BOOK YOUR PLACE.

EXTRA SERVICES

General conditions
· All the payments must be accompanied of the wire transfer receipt (to [email protected] or to the fax 93 422 07 21)
- You may pay in full for the registration.
- The payment deadlines must be respected.
- We will not accept registrations without the corresponding wire transfer or the payment by virtual POS.

CANCELlATION POLICY

CANCELLATION WITHOUT MONEY BACK GUARANTEE (cancellation policy included in the registration).
The cancellations occurring before 15/9/2025 will have a cost of administration fee of 60€.
- The cancellations occurring before 15/10/2025 will have a cost of 50% of the payments made until that moment as registration costs.
- The cancellations occurring before 31/10/2025 will have a cost of 75% of the payments made until that moment as registrations costs.
- Any cancellation occurring after closing of entries won’t be entitled to any refund.
Money back guarantee
There is the possibility to hire the service of Money back guarantee in case you cannot attend the test. Said guarantee must be hired at the same time as the registration, filling out the form and sending it by fax to (34) 93 422 07 21 or by e-mail to [email protected] and it has a cost of 100€.
